<br />permitting and construction support of various streetscaping improvements in Downtown Coral Springs. As the prime
<br />consultants, CMA provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental permitting and construction engineering
<br />and inspection services for the project. The project included implementing Complete Street concepts for NW 31st Court, NW
<br />94th Avenue and NW 32nd Street. Cost $ 4,100,000.00 Fee $ 235,739.98

<br />existing football field and multi-purpose field into one Babe Ruth Baseball field, one Little League Baseball field, and one
<br />practice baseball field for the City of Deerfield Beach Parks and Recreation Department. CMA was responsible for providing
<br />survey, geotechnical, site planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, MEP and structural engineering services. The
<br />scope of the project included the layout of the baseball fields with supporting services such as lighting, dugouts, scoreboards
<br />and irrigation. The project also included general improvements to the park around the baseball fields including better pedest rian
<br />access, ADA parking and sidewalk improvements, native landscaping, outdoor seating areas and stormwater improvements.

<br />design, permitting, preparation of construction documents, bid and award and construction engineering and inspection services .
<br />The project encompasses approximately 19,000 LF of ROW infrastructure improvements including 9,300 LF 8" water main
<br />replacements, stormwater drainage improvements, paving & grading, streetscaping enhancements, landscaping improvements,
<br />lighting improvements, and roadway reconstruction. Additionally, due to existing listed contaminated sites within the proximity of
<br />the right of way improvements, environmental coordination including contaminated sites analysis and consideration of the
<br />radius of influence was necessary for coordinating dewatering operations. Cost $ 10,500.000.00 Fee $2,305,354.06

<br />infrastructure improvements, along with streetscaping, landscaping, and lighting upgrades. Cost $ 21,200,000 Fee $

<br />Sr. Engineer. CMA provided civil engineering services as part of the PGAL team to work on the proposed parking garage to
<br />serve the municipal center, library and police station for the City of Aventura, Florida. The project proposed a 200 car park ing
<br />garage (one additional deck) adjacent to Aventura’s Government Center building. The project includes integration of the police
<br />fueling facilities into the building site plan as well as equipment storage and K-9 facilities on the ground floor. Services included
<br />utility coordination, preliminary and final engineering plan preparation, government permitting (Miami -Dade Water and Sewer
<br />Department, Miami-Dade County Regulatory and Economic Resources for stormwater, and Miami -Dade Fire Department),
<br />bidding assistance, construction observation and closeout services. Cost $ 3,876,000.00 Fee $ 31,500.00
