Mr. McCray has over 31 years of construction experience, from <br />surveying through project management. His present responsibilities include coordination and monitoring of construction activities <br />including governmental projects and site development for residential, commercial and industrial use projects. He serves as li aison to <br />owners, contractors, subcontractors, residents and governmental agencies. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the <br />review/processing of change orders, progress payments and reports, and representation of owners and engineers at pre - <br />construction meetings and other related conferences. <br /> <br />Mr. McCray’s most recent experience includes serving as Director of Construction Services at a South Florida multi -discipline <br />engineering firm. His responsibilities included managing staff and construction administration serv ices for several neighborhood <br />improvement projects for Broward County Water and Wastewater Services and several private residential/commercial land <br />development clients. These projects included the construction of water distribution, sewer, wastewater lift stations, drainage and <br />paving. Mr. McCray has also served as a Project Manager and Superintendent for large South Florida contracting companies. <br /> <br />19. As the prime <br />consultants, CMA provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental permitting and construction engineering <br />and inspection services for the project. The project included implementing Complete Street concepts for NW 31st Court, NW <br />94th Avenue and NW 32nd Street. The project scope included stormwater drainage, sanitary force main, and 8,700 LF of 8 -inch water <br />main infrastructure improvements, along with streetscaping, landscaping, and lighting upgrades. CMA is the prime consultant and is responsible for providing surveying, planning, geotechnical <br />investigation, design, permitting, preparation of construction documents, bid and award and construction engineering and <br />inspection services. The project encompasses approximately 19,000 LF of ROW infrastructure improvements including 9,300 <br />LF 8" water main replacements, stormwater drainage improvements, paving & grading, streetscaping enhancements, <br />landscaping improvements, lighting improvements, and roadway reconstruction. Additionally, due to existing listed <br />contaminated sites within the proximity of the right of way improvements, environmental coordination including contaminated <br />sites analysis and consideration of the radius of influence was necessary for coord inating dewatering operations. CMA currently works as a sub consultant to PGAL for the design, permitting and construction <br />administration of a new 595 bed student dormitory on the Biscayne Bay Campus of FIU. CMA’s responsibilities include <br />providing all site services for the project including survey, geotechnical, civil and landscape services. The site program in cludes <br />a resort style swimming pool with hammocks, barbecue areas, outdoor seating, and cabana, bicycle parking facilities, <br />pedestrian pathways, site seating and a 300 space parking facility.
