<br />Marcus has been Senior Construction Services Manager for Neighborhood Improvement Projects in Broward County for 12 years.
<br />Along with supervising $35 million in construction, he has acted as client liaison, performed contractor negotiations, inspections and
<br />construction start up for major and minor lift stations in Pompano Beach and streetscaping projects in Dania Beach and City o f
<br />Margate. He is experienced with large transmission mains, both water and wastewater. Through experience working with the Town
<br />of Hypoluxo and City of Riviera Beach, he is familiar with local regulatory agencies and City standards. Marcus routinely per forms
<br />constructability review of CMA design plans and is excellent at finding opportunities for value engineering. He currently holds a
<br />Water Distribution Level 2 certification.

<br />planning, design, permitting and construction support of various streetscaping improvements in Downtown Coral Springs. As
<br />the prime consultants, CMA provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental permitting and construction
<br />engineering and inspection services for the project. The project included implementing Complete Street concepts for NW 31st
<br />Court, NW 94th Avenue and NW 32nd Street. Cost $ 4,100,000.00 Fee $ 235,739.98

<br />conversion of an existing football field and multi-purpose field into one Babe Ruth Baseball field, one Little League Baseball
<br />field, and one practice baseball field for the City of Deerfield Beach Parks and Recreation Department. CMA was responsible
<br />for providing survey, geotechnical, site planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, MEP and structural engineering
<br />services. The scope of the project included the layout of the baseball fields with supporting services such as lighting, dugouts,
<br />scoreboards and irrigation. The project also included general improvements to the park around the baseball fields including
<br />better pedestrian access, ADA parking and sidewalk improvements, native landscaping, outdoor seating areas and stormwater

<br />8,700 LF of 8-inch water main infrastructure improvements, along with streetscaping, landscaping, and lighting upgrades. Cost

<br />drainage, landscape architecture and irrigation plans for a park master plan that included professional level soccer field, a
<br />baseball field and a multi-purpose field (flag football and soccer) within the existing property adjacent to the existing YMCA
<br />Miami Gardens facility located in Miami Gardens. The scope included final design for the professional level soccer field
<br />including the earthwork and mainline drainage noted above. Services include government permitting with PERA (formerly
<br />DERM) and Miami Gardens, bidding assistance, construction observation and closeout services. Cost $ 500,000.00 Fee $

<br />shift of the existing roadway centerline to accommodate a shared 8’ shared path that includes specialty lighting, hardscape
<br />elements including benches, pavers and landscaping at various areas along the road. Traffic calming elements including speed
<br />humps are being implemented. The project also includes geometric modifications to the roadway along with considerations for
<br />existing utilities and stormwater. Fee $ 113,500.00
