The marina has a new configuration to maximize space and <br />revenue. The new public promenade provides the general public access to the water’s edge and provides a connection <br />from the marina to the new dockmaster building and open air pavilion. Project manager <br />responsible for the design of the site and convinced the city to install an art/sculpture display park. The initial design <br />had recycled cargo containers to serve as art gallery/pavilion spaces as well as concrete podiums for sculpture display. <br />5 ǀ Page 4
