<br />Professional Design Experience
<br />Alfredo Sanchez is a Florida-registered architect and AICP-certified planner with 41
<br />years of experience in architecture and urban planning and design. Mr. Sanchez has
<br />directed a number of major planning studies and urban design plans in the Miami area
<br />and throughout the world. His project experience encompasses city wide master plans,
<br />corridor plans, major reconstruction efforts, pedestrian improvements, urban, retail and
<br />mixed-use development projects, land planning projects including redevelopment
<br />and design of new communities, and seaport master plans. Apart from his extensive
<br />experience, Mr. Sanchez’s strength lies in his understanding of project methodology
<br />and approach. This solid foundation is complemented by his ability to understand all
<br />aspects of a project, from the initial economic feasibility analysis to the ultimate impact
<br />and image of the project architecture.
