<br />Todd Osborn has 29 years of design, construction, project and program management experience
<br />with public facilities including state prison facilities ranging from minimum to maximum security,
<br />municipal parks, state parks facilities, inns and conference centers, education facilities, libraries,
<br />National Guard armories and training ranges, and infrastructure projects. Expertise includes
<br />extensive experience leading multi-discipline project teams on complex projects as both an
