Hines, City Clerk <br />The applicant is requesting a site plan modification of a site plan previously <br />approved under Resolution No. 03 -Z -75 passed and adopted by the City <br />Commission on July 17, 2003. The proposed modification would reduce the <br />amount of Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) from 54,385sq.ft. to 38,847 <br />sq.f1. The proposed modification also includes a change in the rear and front <br />setback due to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requirement for <br />coastal developments.
