Project Summary <br />Application Number: Z2006 -07 Regalia <br />Application Summary: The applicant is requesting a site plan modification of a site plan <br />previously approved under Resolution No. 03 -Z -75 passed and adopted <br />by the City Commission on July 17, 2003. The proposed modification <br />would reduce the amount of Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) <br />from 54,385sq.ft. to 38,847 sq.ft. The proposed modification also <br />includes a change in the rear and front setback due to the Department of <br />Environmental Protection (DEP) requirement for coastal developments. <br />Additionally, the applicant is requesting the repeal of Resolution No. <br />2006 -890, passed and adopted on February 16, 2006. <br />Applicant/Owner: Regalia, LLC <br />7620 Coquina Drive <br />N.
