These plans, prepared by Arquitectonica, issued June 21, <br />2006, consist of a cover page and sheets A -1 through A -11. We are also forwarding herewith a <br />survey of the property <br />We have also obtained a certified list of real estate property and property owners within <br />500 feet of the subject property and mailing labels associated with these property owners.
