There are currently three elementary schools, <br />one middle school and one high schools in which students residing in City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach may attend. However, due to Sunny <br />Isles Beach's acknowledgement of the need for coordination between the City and the <br />Miami-Dade School Board and the understanding that an educational facility may be <br />necessary, a school analysis has been included. Although there are no schools within <br />the city limits of Sunny Isles Beach, a major issue identified by the City is better facility <br />planning coordination between the municipality and the Miami-Dade County School <br />Board in order to build a school in the City.
