<br />(1) Name and address of owner of proposed sign and/or authorized agent. <br /> <br />(2) Type of sign/or sign structure with all relevant dimensions. <br /> <br />(3) Location and legal description of premises upon which sign is to be located. <br /> <br />(4) A plan or design of the sign, to scale, showing the square foot sign area and sign height of <br />the sign as well as the sign face, height of letters, colors, materials, lighting, equipment, if any, <br />and its position relative to the building and/or property line. <br /> <br />(5) Value of the sign. <br /> <br />(6) Written permission to erect proposed sign from owner and/or owners of property on which <br />said sign is to be erected, <br /> <br />(7) Such other structural and technical information as may be required by the Building Official <br />or leaiHg, PIlHlHiHg aad BlIildiag Dirsetor, Planning and Zoning Deoartment <br /> <br />B. Permit fees, Permit fees for the erection of signs shall be collected in accordance with the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />C. Permit issuance and review; labels to be affixed.
