<br />(1) A sign permit shall expire and become null and void if the sign is not erected or a final <br />inspection has not occurred within a period of three months from the date of the permit. <br /> <br />.E:.. Permit revocation, Permits issued under this chapter shall be valid for the life of the sign <br />approved. However, any permit may be revoked by the City Manager or designee upon the <br />determination that the sign is not in full compliance with the provisions of this chapter, <br /> <br />F. Appeals of administrative decisions. Any permittee appealing an administrative decision <br />relating to a sign application or the permitting process may appeal such decision to the City <br />Commission by filing a request with the City Clerk within 15 calendar days of the decision of the <br />City Manager or designee. The Clerk shall place such item on the next available City <br />Commission agenda. <br /> <br />Section 265-60.
