CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH 2007 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT (EAR)-BASED AMENDMENTS 21. Amend Policy 9B. as follows: Policy 9B. SelaF Green design guidelines for such items as street passageway alignments, landscaping, setbacks, building orientation, and relationship to water bodies shall be adopted by 2001, and shall be utilized in site plan re','iews incorporated as appropriate in the land development regulations, as they will be revised by 2012 in accordance with Policy 81. of this Element. 22. Amend Policy IID. as follows: Policy IID. Prepare and adopt The City shall continue to implement economic development strategies for the Town Center, and economic strategies and development plans incorporating Lland Use and design guidelines for redevelopment of the waterfront properties along Sunny Isles Boulevard. 23. Amend Policy 12A. as follows: Policy 12A. The City shall adopt development incentives and promote parking infrastructure improvements and coordinate as appropriate with the private sector to that will foster and encourage redevelopment of the commercial areas adjacent to Sunny Isles Beach Boulevard. 24.
