<br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH 2007 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT (EAR)-BASED AMENDMENTS <br />APPLICATION NO.7 <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />INFRASTRUCTURE ELEMENT AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />1. Add a new Policy under Objective 3 as follows: <br /> <br />Policy 3D. The City shall review the water supply facility workplans of Miami-Dade County and North <br />Miami Beach, as they are adopted and/or periodically updated, in order to identify alternative proiects that will <br />increase its water supply, and shall coordinate with Miami-Dade County and North Miami Beach, as <br />appropriate, in the implementation ofthese proiects. Policy 2.1.5 In addition, the City shall prepare a Ten- <br />Year Water Supply Facilities W orkplan in accordance with State requirements. <br /> <br />2. Amend Policy 4F. as follows: <br /> <br />Policy 4F. The City shall include a Landscape Ordinance 'Nhen the City's Land Development Regulations <br />are prepared implement landscape requirements as a component of its Land Development Regulations. <br /> <br />3. Add a new Policy under Objective 4 as follows: <br /> <br />Policy 4G. The City shall coordinate, as appropriate, with Miami-Dade County to assist in efforts to achieve <br />its Five Year Water Efficiency Plan goal of 155 gallons per capita per day. <br /> <br />30 <br />
