The mailbox owners may review messages in their <br />mailbox and can then select options such as replay, <br />save, erase the message, or send or copy the message to <br />other mailboxes. <br />Advanced functions include call screening on incoming <br />calls, recording a call in progress, voice memo, tagging <br />messages with date and time information, and <br />forwarding message reminders to internal or outside <br />numbers (including pager systems). <br />All access to mailboxes and message changing is <br />controlled by private codes to ensure totally <br />confidential communications. <br />HOW IS TELRADIVM <br />INTEGRATED INTO THE <br />DIGITAL SYSTEM? <br />Direct communication is established between the <br />processor of the TelradlVM1 PC and the DIGITAL <br />system Central Processing Unit (CPU). <br />TelradlVMI will leave messages on the station <br />display and you can access the TelradlVMI through <br />the normal procedure for answering messages <br />without having to specially access the TelradIVNI. <br />You can even access TelradlVM1 with <br />programmable buttons. <br />Calls can be forwarded from your station to the <br />TelradlVM or from the TelradlVMI to your <br />station.TelradMi knows how to distinguish <br />between incoming internal and external calls, and <br />handles the calls appropriately. <br />On your DIGITAL telephone you can have <br />dedicated buttons which provide you access to <br />TelradlVM) call recording and call screening <br />features. These dedicated buttons are programmed <br />at system setup. <br />K1=C{l —t i <br />E -1 <br />V <br />TELRADIVM INCOMING CALLER <br />FEATURES <br />Features include: <br />Automated Attendant Dial By, Name (DBN) <br />Automated interview <br />Camp on <br />Camp on recall <br />Directory assistance (secondary assistance) <br />Help <br />Alessages <br />Operator assistance <br />Recorded time-out wanting <br />Single digit dialing <br />Tenant greetings <br />Each of these features is described below. <br />Automated Attendant Dial By Name (DBN) <br />Calks reaching the automated attendant may dial the <br />name of the person that they would like to reach rather <br />than waiting to find out the extension number. Also see <br />Director), assistance, below. <br />Automated interview <br />TelradlVNI can serve as an automated interviewer for <br />callers on predefined incoming outside lines or dialing the <br />Interview feature from the main Auto Attendant menu. <br />Callers are asked a series of up to eight predefined <br />questions, and their replies are recorded.
