Private CO lines <br />A single private trunk can be routed to ring at an <br />extension. Calls arriving on this number may be <br />optionally routed to recall at an attendant position. <br />Programmable buttons <br />During system configuration, programmable buttons <br />are assigned a function on station maps such as <br />Memory, Floating, Background Alusic, least Cost <br />Routing, Trunk, Trunk Group, AIDN, LCR, etc. <br />Recall <br />Outside calls left on hold, or ringing at idle or busy <br />extensions, automatically recall the same or other <br />extensions, to prevent calls from being dropped. The <br />recall type can be identified by the distinctive ring rate. <br />Save /repeat dialing <br />Save a dialed number under the save button for <br />subsequent one touch dialing with save /repeat. the <br />number is stored until it is replaced by another number. <br />This feature is useful for storing a number that will be <br />redialed a number of times on a specific day but is not <br />dialed on a regular basis. <br />So/Ikeys <br />On the Attendant console and Executive station with <br />expanded display, softkeys greatly simplify station <br />rperation. The softkeys dynamically change their <br />'unction in the course of operation, offering a visual <br />'resentation of all the possibilities currently open to <br />he user. <br />7eake rpl r on e /Han ds/'ree <br />mcersaiions on Executive stations and the <br />eakerphone set can be conducted handsfree via the <br />0i qualm built -in speakerphone. <br />Speaker monitor <br />You may listen to a conversation via the station's <br />speaker while continuing to speak through the handset <br />(i.e., the station's microphone renmins inoperative). <br />Speed dial <br />various methods of speed dialing, using buttons and <br />codes, abbrevdate and simplify dialing. <br />Chaining: At the press of one button, the system <br />Performs a series of operations including activating <br />features, pausing and dialing (e.g., selects an outside <br />line, pauses to identify receipt of outside line dial tone <br />and dials all Outside number). In this way, a speed dial <br />button may be set to act as a feature button. <br />Buttons: you may program speed dial buttons with <br />Internall or external numbers for one button speed <br />dialing of features or outside numbers. <br />Personal: Up to 89 speed dial numbers per station are <br />programmable for personal use. <br />System: Users may be granted access to up to ten <br />system speed dial directories containing up to 1000 <br />speed dial codes. One station is assigned as the system <br />speed dial programming station for each directory. <br />Station -to- station call <br />Intercom calls between specific extensions in the <br />system can be totally restricted, or unrestricted, <br />conditional on the status of the called extension. <br />System pickup (one touch) <br />With the press of a single button, any station can <br />Pickup incoming calls to any other extension in the <br />system to which it has authorized access. <br />0 <br />DIGITAL Fangj,Features • 59 <br />
