<br />SPECIAL SITUATIONS FOR INSPECTORS <br /> <br />t. No identification, signature differs from identification, or change of name: <br />( a. Locate name in precinct register and call the Clerk. <br /> <br />2. If an elector has an old Voter Registration ID card or has lost the ID card <br />and: <br />· Name is in Precinct Register <br />a. Process elector in usual manner. <br />b. Give elector an Application for Duplicate Registration Identification card. <br /> <br />· Name is not in Precinct Register <br />a. Direct elector to the Clerk <br /> <br />3. Change of Address: <br />a. Locate name in precinct register and direct elector to Clerk. <br /> <br />4. cannot locate elector.s name In precinct register: <br />a. Look in the last page of the letter (i.e. for Joseph McDonald, look at the end of <br />"M"). <br />b. Look under any other possible letter (i,e. for Joseph McDonald, look under <br />"0"). <br />e. If you still cannot find elector's name, direct him to the Clerk. <br /> <br />5. If an elector requests assistance In voting: <br />a. Process elector In usual manner and direct elector to Clerk. <br />b. Advise Clerk of the letter ("N" or "yn) which appears in the Precinct Register <br />under the "0" column. <br /> <br />6. If you receive an oranse post card which says .1.ATE ADDRESS CHANGE <br />NOTIFICATIOtr': <br /> <br />a. Verify that elector Is In correct precincti if not. direct to correct precinct. <br /> <br />b.
