<br />SPECIAL SITUATIONS FOR INSPECTORS - continuation <br /> <br />7. If you receive an affirmation containing your precinct number, signed by a <br />clerk and: <br />( a. Box # 1 or #2 is checked, use the affirmation as identification and process the <br />elector. <br />b. Box #3 is checked and the name is in the precinct register, process the elector <br />as usual. <br />c. Box #3 is checked and the name is to be added to the precinct register, add <br />the elector's name and registration number or date of birth from the <br />affirmation to the blank page in the back of the precinct register. <br />d. Box #4 is checked, and the "Eligible Voter" box is checked, add the elector's <br />name and registration number or date of birth from the affirmation to the <br />blank page in the back of the precinct register. <br /> <br />I.
