System (software) configuration: The specific system software components used for <br />the municipal tabulations are the following program files: ETNET.EXE, <br />READER.EXE, MAGIC,ELE, and a ballot definition file (Name_.ELE) designated <br />by the Director of The Systems Division or his designee. <br /> <br />2, System (hardware) configuration: The specific system components used for <br />municipal tabulations consist of one (1) M1000L Documation reader or one (1) M200 <br />Documation connected to a NEC Powermate Portables 386sxl16 by means of a <br />card reader adapter board (Hazlett version 1.0), <br /> <br />3, Logs and reports: A log of all transactions is printed by the tabulation computer <br />following the end of the tabulation process, Logic & accuracy reports include <br />cumulative totals and precinct totals, <br /> <br />4. Secure storage of all municipal tabulation media: All tabulation media including, <br />forms, reports, logs, micro disks and ballots are maintained by the City Clerk in <br />secured supply boxes. <br /> <br />6,4 <br />
