<br />B. The County will continue to provide stormwater utility <br />services for stormwater systems located within the City's jurisdiction and collect fees <br />associated with those services until such time as the City is granted an exemption to <br />the Stormwater Utility Ordinance pursuant to Metropolitan Dade County Code Section <br /> <br />24-61.2, as may be amended, The County will proceed to complete the project known <br />as the Golden Shores Drainage Improvement Project and such other drainage projects <br />utilizing stormwater utility revenue according to the schedule established for this work <br />and as negotiated between the City and the County pursuant to a separate agreement. <br /> <br />C. Lot clearing, graffiti removal and removal of abandoned <br /> <br />property remediation will be performed through the normal enforcement process by the <br /> <br />appropriate County departments, upon approval by the City. Actual costs will be <br /> <br />charged to the City per the unit cost schedule shown below: <br /> <br />mowing $0.014 per square foot <br />bulldozing $0.0375 per square foot <br />abandoned vehicle removal $45.00 per ton <br />loadlhaul debris $44.00 per ton <br />disposal of debris $45.00 per ton <br /> <br />D. Landscape maintenance and mowing of right of ways and <br /> <br />medians on local streets in the City by' the County w;U continue at the ~me level of <br /> <br />service 8S was provided in the Interim Period. The CountYs permits from the Florida <br /> <br />Department of Transportation (FOOT) for tree planting and associated maintenance on <br />state roads within the City are transferred to the City. Any documentation required to evidence such transfer shall be provided upon execution of this Agreement. <br /> <br />E- The City assumes responsibility for local roadway and other <br /> <br />related capital improvements and the County agrees to include the City in the <br /> <br />9 <br />
