<br />distribution fonnula for Capital Improvements Local Option Gas Tax and the Local <br />Option Gas Tax which is sent to the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida: as <br />allowed by law. <br /> <br />F. The County has determined that no roads within the City will <br />remain County roads. All roads not within the State Road System will be maintained by <br />the City. This Agreement shall be sufficient to accomplish the transfer of Public Roads <br />from the County road system to the City road system pursuant to Section 335.0415 (3) <br />F.S., and shall be deemed to include the transfer of the County's regulatory and <br />proprietary jurisdiction, and the conveyance of all right, title and interest of the County, <br />subject to ~ny easements reserved for public utilities owned and operated by the <br />County. <br /> <br />G.
