The first increase <br />will occur January 1, 2000. <br />C. Time spent coordinating activities with Walter Keller <br />will not be billed. <br />D. Reimbursable expenses shall be billed at actual cost <br />for plan -reproduction, photographs, postage and <br />handling, long-distance calls and any out-of-town <br />travelling expenses connected with the project. <br />There will be no out-of-town travel without prior <br />approval by the City. <br />IV. TERMINATION <br />This agreement may be terminated by either party upon <br />seven (7) days written notice. In the event of <br />termination, RDG shall be paid its compensation for <br />service performed to the termination date including <br />reimbursable expenses then due. <br />(over) <br />
