Daily hours of <br />support vary through customer choice and are outlined in detail in the Software Maintenance and <br />Support section of Total Data Solutions personalized quote as well as the invoicing. <br /> <br />SOFTWARE <br /> <br />OPERATION <br />Total Data Solutions takes responsibility for the installation, setup, integration, and coordination of <br />your completed Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System with exception of the <br />Network provider's network, We guarantee your system to be fully functional to the extent of <br />completion in accordance with Total Data Solutions personalized quotation and fmal invoicing. <br />TIlls includes hardware/ software installation, hardware/ software training, as well as resolution of <br />hardware and hardware/ software conflicts. Post installation, Total Data Solutions agrees to act as <br />your single contact for any and all problem resolution, excluding network provider network <br />parameters and liability of the term as outlined in the Maintenance and Support Agreement as <br />chosen by the customer at contract signing. In the event of a system failure Total Data Solutions <br />agrees to fully remedy the failure in order to insure renewal of full operation. <br /> <br />TDSI FINANCIAL POLICY <br /> <br />Total Data Solutions, Inc. financial policy must remain strictly intact due to the nature of high <br />technology implementation.
