<br />, <br /> <br />City of Sunny IsI~ Beach . <br />:',' ..,.,..J~ ~ i <br />.~ <br /> <br />To: City Commission <br /> <br />From: City Manager <br />Date ~~ary 22, ~~ <br />Subject: AWARD OF PROPOSAL - JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve, by motion, a one year agreement with Hugo's <br />Cleaning Service, Inc, 20725 N,E, 16 Avenue, North Miami Beach, FL, in the amount of$10,950, <br />for City Hall janitorial services. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />As a public building, it would be appropriate to provide daily janitorial services, City Hall is <br />scheduled to open in early February 1998. Accordingly, three vendors were invited to submit <br />proposals. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> <br />The City will pay $900 per month for each of the first 6 months, and $925 per month for each of the <br />next six months, for a total of$10,950.
