Master Planning/Pre-Schematics = $31,478 <br />Scope of services is limited to providing three preliminary CAD generated Master Plan <br />Schemes depicting the proposed development of the site and adjacent road and <br />riverwalk layout. Three meetings are scheduled with the Owner. One massing model <br />of the selected scheme is included. Time duration for services will be limited to six <br />weeks. (Riverwalk and adjacent road improvement design development, technical <br />drawings and specifications, and any drawing for State and local agency approvals are <br />beyond the preliminary design stage and is a separate engineering scope of service that <br />is beyond the basic scope of services for this Project.) <br /> <br />B. Building Design Fee: Lump sum fee of $721,458 (7.4% of Construction Cost) <br />(Based on 75,000 sq. ft. building at $130/sq. ft. equals <br />building construction cost of $9,750,000). <br /> <br />2, Parking Deck Design Fee if needed: Lump sum fee of $75,000 <br />(Based on a parking garage deck for 150 spaces maximum. This is a minimum <br />fee for a parking deck size of 150.
