Reuse and re -marketing of regional and community <br />scale shopping centers are essential components of creative commercial <br />development. TCG's efforts have often been pioneering. <br />Entertainment Activity & Centers <br />Communities throughout the country are integrating commercial recreation <br />and entertainment into exciting complexes with retail, restaurant, office, and <br />housing. TCG has identified opportunities and assisted with the develop- <br />ment or repositioning of family entertainment centers, themed development, <br />movie theaters, sports complexes, museums, as well as other activity <br />oriented toward resident and visitor markets. <br />Urban Business Parks <br />Yes, there are significant opportunities for industrial expansion in urban and <br />non -urban settings, bringing with the activity the benefits of economic base <br />industry, increased employment, and an expanded tax base. There is a <br />direct link between neighborhood stability and employment opportunity. <br />Business parks along major "commercial" arterials are often keys. So too is <br />aggressive recruitment.
