Alternative Land Uses <br />Qetail <br />Retail and related services have been a TCG forte since <br />inception. "City" markets, festival markets, themed activity, <br />and other creative development provide the foundation for <br />existing areas in many different locational settings. <br />©ntertainmept <br />Entertainment, with or without retail, is increasingly critical <br />to commercial environments and downtowns. Efforts <br />include strategically positioned FEC's, theaters, combined <br />retail centers, etc. Clients include some of the best known <br />entities in the family entertainment industry. <br />Ondustrial <br />TCG's industrial efforts have focused on creating quality <br />urban business parks, corridor suburban and urban "parks", <br />"brownfields" <br />reuse, niche manufacturing associated with <br />other activity, and multi -tenant, targeted recruitment activity. <br />s <br />e❑ffice <br />Spanning the entire country, TCG has analyzed the market <br />feasibility of new office development, innovative "incubator" <br />space, home -office opportunities, and other office situations <br />based <br />on the labor pool, reversing commuting patterns, and <br />needs. <br />Qesidential <br />TCG has analyzed and made suggestions with respect to <br />implementation of and for many downtown, waterfront, and <br />other strategically situated residential efforts.
