Kurt A. Kugelberg <br />KURT A. KUGELBERG received his B.S. Degree from Illinois Institute of <br />LLJ Technology in Chicago and his Masters in Urban -Environmental Studies from <br />Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Kurt has been or is an appointed member of the <br />Maryland Greenways Commission and the Maryland Forward Environmental Task <br />Force. He is also a Board Member of the Neighborhood Design Center and is active <br />in the Maryland Chapter of the American Planning Association. Kurt is also the <br />current Co -Chairman of the Baltimore Chapter of Lambda Alpha International. <br />For over twenty years Kurt was employed by Baltimore County. During his tenure <br />with both the Office of Planning and Zoning and the Department of Permits and <br />Development Management, Kurt held progressively responsible positions ranging <br />from and including: Recreation, Park and Open Space Planner; the chief of the <br />® Capital Program Section; the chief of the Legislative Writing Section; and the <br />Assistant to the Zoning Commissioner. <br />During his public sector experience, Kurt authored or had primary responsibility for <br />the development of many publications.
