GRANT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS A Final Report is required within forty-five (45) days of your stated project eompletion date. Final Report forms will be provided to grantees with the grant agreement package. Grant awards will not be released until final reports for a previous year's project are received. A Tourist Development Council grant carries no commitment for future support beyond the time of the program, project or event. Funded activities must take place within the County's fiscal year in which they are approved (October I _ September 30). Grant awards recommended at the first quarter meeting of the Tourist Development Council Grants Program panel wiD be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for approval after October I, 1999. All funding recommendations are contingent upon Commission approval of the Tourist Development Council's FY 1999-2000 budget by the Miami-Dade County Mayor and Board of County Commissioners. II Grantees are also encouraged to use the "Tropiculture" logo stat in marketing and publicity materials.
