The Land Use Plan and Transportation Plan elements of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />. New and amended dis1ricts within the zoning code. <br />. Potential creation of special appointed boards (Design Review) or <br />staff committees (Development Impact review) to administer the <br />plan policies and guidelines. <br />. Special Assessment Districts. impact fee ordinances and other <br />funding mechanisms. <br /> <br />The LCG team will provide guidance and recommendations to staff as <br />to the structure and substance of necessary and desirable actions. <br /> <br />JOINT DEVELOPMENT. MARKETING. PROMOTION AND PUBLIC <br />EDUCATION <br /> <br />. Joint public/private development opportunities. special dis1rict <br />development proposals and special improvement districts will be <br />identified for focused marl<eting and promotion efforts by the City <br />and community associations. <br />. Brochures. pamphlets and manuals that illustrate and express the <br />intent. potential. substance and impact of certain planning <br />sirategies will be needed to assure the plan I s policies and <br />subsequently adopted ordinances can be understood and <br />applied in an on-going manner by property owners. developers. <br />architects. community groups and public boards and committees. <br /> <br />The LCG will assist in ex1racting. condensing and prioritizing <br />components of the full revitalization plans to construct the body of <br />material needed to appropriately address effected groups. <br /> <br />5 <br />
