An inventory of the improvements at six sites, and the estimated value of the improvements as provided by City staff, are shown in Figure 9. By the year 2015, the City plans to spend approximately $4.3 million for additional improvements at parks and recreation sites. A Level-Of-Service (LOS) standard for park improvements of $195 per capita was derived from the cost of improvements anticipated by the year 2015 and the projected peak population in 2015.
