19.0 ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATION. <br />This Agreement and the attachments hereto and made a part hereof sets forth the <br />entire Agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and <br />supersedes and merges all prior agreements and understandings.
