<br />A TT ACHMENT "A" <br /> <br />BID NOTICE <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 01-08-01 <br />STORM DRAIN CLEANING & JETTING OF LINES <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach has completed a more in depth set of guidelines for its request for <br />proposals for the cleaning of 226 storm drains and catch basins, the jet cleaning of all outfall <br />lines (Approx. 2,000 L.F.) and disposal of all debris in an authorized offsite dump facility <br />capable of dealing with contaminated storm water discharge. <br /> <br />SEALED bids will be received until10:00AM, Friday, August 31, 2001 at which time they <br />will be opened and read in the City Hall Chambers, 17070 Collins Avenue, Suite #250, <br />Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. <br /> <br />Specifications and instructions to bidders are available from the Office of the City Clerk, 17070 <br />Collins Avenue, Suite #250, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 or by calling (305) 947-0606. <br /> <br />No bidder may withdraw hislher bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening bids. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may waive formalities. <br /> <br />Christopher J.
