<br />the field crew. They will verify that the topography shown on the plots matches <br />the existing features. They will also "fill in" any areas that were obscured, <br />preventing the Photogrammetrist from including them in his data. Ties will be <br />taken between physical objects to check and verify the scale of the drawings. <br /> <br />1.2 Deliverables <br /> <br />The completed DTM will be submitted to the City, along with a CADD file in <br />MicroStation format containing all line work. An ASCII file of all points and the <br />field verified plots will also be submitted by the PLS. Raster images (aerial <br />photos) will be supplied by the Photogrammetrist after field verification and any <br />necessary corrections have been made. <br /> <br />The items to be delivered are as follows: <br /> <br />· Aerial photography to include one (1) set stereoscopic black and white <br />photographs. <br /> <br />· Digital Planimetric Mapping (DTM) vertical mapping. <br /> <br />· Model Editing and Translation. <br /> <br />· One (1) black and white 1"=50' scale ortho rectified image. <br /> <br />1.2.1 Accuracy <br /> <br />All digital mapping will comply with Rule 61G17-6 of Florida Minimum Technical <br />Standards. Ninety percent (90%) of the defined planimetric features as visible on <br />the aerial photography will be plotted within 1.25' of its true location. Ninety <br />percent (90%) of all spot elevations will be accurate to within 0.25'. <br /> <br />Field survey work for final target location, traverse and elevations will be based <br />on established NGS monuments and Bench Marks. All topographical survey and <br />control data will be provided in ASCII format and identified as X - Y and Z. <br /> <br />Final data processing and topographical plans including contours, spot <br />elevations, streets, driveways and other site features identified on the aerial <br />photography shall be plotted to the accuracy described herein before. <br /> <br />1.3 Final Information <br /> <br />Final digitized information will be produced in the English System of units at 1: 50 <br />scale or other suitable scale and provided in MicroStation digital format. <br />Photogrammetric information will be provided in HMR format on CD Rom, a <br />Microstation seed file shall be provided by BHA for all deliverables. <br /> <br />Beiswenger, Hoch and Associates, Inc. <br />
