The jogging path on Country Club Drive (2.9 miles) has the following requirements: <br />A. All shrubbery adjacent to jogging path must never be allowed to cross the <br />edge of the path. <br />B. All irrigation zones adjacent to path shall water from 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. <br />ONLY. <br />C. All paper and debris are to be cleaned and removed daily. <br />D. Path must be cleaned daily. <br />7. The contractor, or an employee of the contractor approved by the City, must be on 24 <br />hour call, at all times, for emergency purposes. <br />8. The contractor, on an immediate and first priority basis, shall be available to the City to <br />clear roadways or access areas in the event of an Act of God (ie. storm, tornado, or <br />hurricane) or an auto accident that causes a tree to fall and block a roadway or pedestrian <br />area, or any other emergency deemed by the City Manager. <br />9. The contractor shall be available to meet with all public utilities to locate all irrigation and <br />hydraulic lines prior to excavation by the utility company_ The contractor is to act as the <br />City's representative in order to avoid unnecessary damage to irrigation lines. <br />10. All street furniture, amenities and facilities, located on public medians, parks and rights - <br />of -way are to be kept clean and free of graffiti and all trash regeptacles are to be emIDtled <br />on 6 daily LWsis. seven days ger wee <br />11. Each June 1, Contractor shall submit, for City approval, a hurricane mobilization and <br />preparedness plan specifically relating to manpower, equipment, and scheduling. <br />12. The Contractor must submitt a plan defining irrigation sequencing and timing for all City <br />irrigation systems. <br />13.
