The jogging path on Country Club Drive (2.9 miles) has the following requirements: A. All shrubbery adjacent to jogging path must never be allowed to cross the edge of the path. B. All irrigation zones adjacent to path shall water from 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. ONLY. C. All paper and debris are to be cleaned and removed daily. D. Path must be cleaned daily. 7. The contractor, or an employee of the contractor approved by the City, must be on 24 hour call, at all times, for emergency purposes. 8. The contractor, on an immediate and first priority basis, shall be available to the City to clear roadways or access areas in the event of an Act of God (ie. storm, tornado, or hurricane) or an auto accident that causes a tree to fall and block a roadway or pedestrian area, or any other emergency deemed by the City Manager. 9. The contractor shall be available to meet with all public utilities to locate all irrigation and hydraulic lines prior to excavation by the utility company_ The contractor is to act as the City's representative in order to avoid unnecessary damage to irrigation lines. 10. All street furniture, amenities and facilities, located on public medians, parks and rights - of -way are to be kept clean and free of graffiti and all trash regeptacles are to be emIDtled on 6 daily LWsis. seven days ger wee 11. Each June 1, Contractor shall submit, for City approval, a hurricane mobilization and preparedness plan specifically relating to manpower, equipment, and scheduling. 12. The Contractor must submitt a plan defining irrigation sequencing and timing for all City irrigation systems. 13. No fuel, oils, solvents, or similar materials are to be disposed of in any catch basins.
