All structures and monuments, located on City medians, rights -of -ways, or parks, shall <br />be checked for graffiti and cleaned daily. <br />15. The contractor and his supervisory personnel must have substantial experience in the <br />landscape and irrigation maintenance of parks and public rights -of -way including medians <br />and high traffic roadways. This experience must include a minimum of five years <br />experience in this type of work. Proof of such shall be required at bid submittal. <br />16. All trees adjacent to the helipad located on West Country Club Drive must be trimmed <br />so as to not exceed 25' height, or lower, as requested by the Federal Aviation <br />Administration (FAA). <br />17. Aerial spraying of trees, with the exception of Royal Palms, is prohibited due to <br />extensive bird and wildlife habitat located on the golf course. <br />18. The contractor, at his satellite storage facility, must maintain an adequate supply of <br />lumber for bracing of fallen trees, as follows: <br />1. 2 x 4's x 16' length (minimum quantity - 36) <br />2_ 3 x 5's x 8' length (minimum quantity - 36) <br />19. The tennis court located on Country Club Drive adjacent to the Del Vista Towers will <br />require the following maintenance: <br />A. Inspect tennis court on a daily basis <br />B. Repair damaged wind screen, as needed (windscreen supplied by city) <br />C. ,Adjust irrigation systems so as to not water adjacent to tennis court after 5;00 <br />A.M. <br />D. Provide tennis court roller and remove excess water from court, as needed, <br />to allow the court to be used as soon as possible after rainfall. <br />E.
