It is my recommendation that the bid be awarded to <br />Luke's Landscaping for the following reasons: <br />A.) The total bid for maintenance of $476,000 for 2 years ($235,000 for l year) is <br />below my budget estimate- <br />B.) I have had the opportunity of working with Luke's on the maintenance for all of <br />the Citv of Aventura. The level of maintenance, attention to detail, and reliability <br />has been outstanding. <br />C.) Luke's has agreed to extend the contract for an additional 4 years. This means <br />that all bid prices are locked in for 6 years. <br />D.)
