<br />EXHIBIT 'A' <br /> <br />WORK AUmORIZATION NO. 02-266-S <br /> <br />N.E. 159TH STREET <br />LANDSCAPEIIRRIGA TION <br /> <br />FOR <br /> <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA <br /> <br />SCOPE OF CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />The Consultant proposes to provide professional services associated with the design of <br />landscape/irrigation for N.E. 159th Street, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, to include the <br />following Landscape Architectural Services: <br /> <br />I) Construction Documents Phase <br />A) Analysis of site to determine existing conditions. <br />B) Preparation of (1) rendering depicting the design concept. <br />C) Consultations with City Manager and presentation to City Council, <br />as required. <br />D) Preparation of detail landscape plans suitable for bidding. <br />E) Preparation of detailed irrigation plans suitable for bidding. <br />F) Preparation of bid specifications. <br />G) Preparation of a State of Probable Construction Cost. <br /> <br />II) Bidding Phase <br />A) The Consultant shall assist the City of Sunny Isles Beach in securing <br />competitive bids for this project. <br />B) The above services (II-A) will include attendance at a pre-bid <br />conference, answering of bidders questions during Bidding Phase, <br />issue addenda, evaluation of competitive bids, and written <br />recommendation of successful bidder. <br />
