<br />Work Authorization No. 02-266-S <br />N.E. 159th Street <br />Lan~scape/Irrigation <br />August 1, 2002 <br />Page two <br /> <br />ill) Construction Administration Phase <br />A) The Consultant will administer construction of this project, as <br />follows: <br />1) Attend pre-construction "kick-off" meeting. <br />2) Attend all coordination meetings with City. <br />3) Perform periodic observation during the construction process. <br />4) Review and approve contractor's shop drawings and payment <br />requisitions. <br />5) Complete final inspection and final punch-list. <br />6) Secure all warranties and operating manuals and remit to <br />City. <br />
