Once received, both copies will be placed on <br />reserve in our video library. <br /> <br />During your telephone conversation with our instructor, Special Agent Vincent Wincelowicz, on <br />September 24, 1997, Mr. Wincelowicz related to you that he and Special Agent Joe Harpold reviewed the <br />'-' above video. These instructors are involved in teaching here at the Academy, and found that this video <br />would be extremely useful as an instructional aid. This video will serve as a stand alone instructional tool <br />and utilized in a discussion group setting. The target audience will be students in the FBI National <br />Academy.
