Location of site in relation to both the intended <br />service area, as well as major traffic arteries and <br />accessibilityto school buses and private vehicles <br />for student drop-off and pickup; <br /> <br />7. Site location should seek to the extent <br />practicable to promote diverse school <br />enrollments, reflecting the broad mix of cultures, <br />experiences and ideas to be found in the <br />community, through the consideration of various <br />factors, including but not limited to the <br />socioeconomic circumstances, unique language <br />needs and abilities, race and ethnicity of the <br />students to be served; <br /> <br />8. Location of site and potential impact on the <br />attendance boundaries of surrounding schools; <br /> <br />9. Occupancy of the site, specifically whether any <br />residents will require relocation; <br /> <br />10. Location of site in relation to existing or planned <br />public recreation sites, which might make <br />possible the joint use of facilities; <br /> <br />11.
