Operation -- A quorum of the TR Committee shall <br />consist of a majority. Meetings shall be held as called <br />by the Chair. Minutes shall be kept of all meetings and <br />upon approval by the TR Committee a copy shall be <br />distributed to the Superintendent of Schools and to the <br />School Board. <br /> <br />IV. Site Selection <br /> <br />A. Use of District's Adopted Five-Year Work Program -- <br />Only those sites for projects included within the <br />District's adopted five-year, ten-year and twenty-year <br />work program shall be investigated and evaluated for <br />potential purchase by the School Board. <br /> <br />B.
