In 2003, we completed a comprehensive review and <br />assessment of five- (5) specific municipal functional areas including Housing, <br />Administrative Services, Inspection Services, Financial, and Human Services. The client <br />was a multi ethnic city, the work needed to be completed with in a defmed period of time <br />and the City was undergoing a change in government structure due to a charter change. <br /> <br />.-) <br />./ <br /> <br />Brockton, MA. Population 100,000. In 2000, we completed a comprehensive review of <br />six- (6) specific municipal function areas. These included Community and Economic <br />Development, Administrative Services, Planning and Zoning Administration, Human <br />resources and Financial Services. The client was a complex multi-ethnic city, the work <br />needed to be completed with a two- (2) month period and the precise scope of service <br />was determined after the contract was awarded in close consultation with City officials. <br /> <br />Salisbury, MA. Population 12,000. In 2003 we completed a comprehensive review of <br />financial services including Accountant, Treasurer, Collector and Assessor functions. <br />The outcome of this study resulted in the establishment of a Finance Department under <br />the direction of a new Finance Director position. <br /> <br />Westfield, MA. Population 40,000. In 2001 we completed an analysis of the City's audit <br />department including the procurement function. The outcome of this study resulted in <br />the consolidation of auditing and procurement functions in to one- (10 department and <br />the development of a City-wide Procurement Manual foral! municipal departments. <br /> <br />South bridge, MA. Population 20,000, In 2002, we completed a study of the Town's <br />Public Works Department including the provision of highway, water, sewer, building and <br />grounds maintenance services.
