This business model allows us to: <br /> <br />~ Staff each engagement with precisely the right mix of consulting professionals, who have the specific <br />managerial, functional, and technical skills needed to fully satisfy the project objectives. <br /> <br />~ Eliminate pressure to assign salaried staff who may be available, but lack the experience or <br />capabilities necessary to be effective and efficient in serving our clients. <br /> <br />~ Offer competitive rates for very senior consultants due to our reduced administrative and overhead <br />costs. <br /> <br />This project will be conducted by the Raleigh, North Carolina branch. The Raleigh branch is staffed by <br />Senior Vice President Phillip Robertson, Vice-President Kay Culbertson-Robertson, and Technical and <br />Administrative Analyst Leslie Foster. The Raleigh office specializes in Compensation and Classification <br />Studies. The staff has over 25 years experience in the public sector.
