Reporting and Documentation <br /> <br />Throughout the project The Mercer Group, Inc. will provide the City with oral and/or written updates. <br />Specifically, we will provide: <br />Status reports at each step of the process; <br />Special reports when policy decisions need to be made; <br />Preliminary final report for review by appropriate officials and management; and; <br />Final report. <br /> <br />We will also make a presentation of findings and recommendations as necessary. <br /> <br />IV. Reclassification Process Review <br /> <br />The Mercer Group, Inc. will obtain current practices regarding the reclassification process during <br />orientation. We will also discuss the pros and cons of the currently system with key management. From <br />this information we will make recommendations for a revised process. <br /> <br />V. Project Schedule <br /> <br />Orientation will begin within two weeks of award of contract. We can meet your Mid June deadline if the <br />contract is finalized in a timely manner. <br /> <br />VI. Price and Fee Proposal <br /> <br />The not-to-exceed total cost ofthe CompensationlMarket Study and Reclassification Process Review will <br />be $15,250.00. This includes all direct and indirect expenses associated with the project. <br /> <br />· CompensationlMarket Study = $10,250 <br />· Reclassification Process Review = $5,000 <br /> <br />Our customary payment schedule includes partial payments tied to verifiable completion of selected <br />phases of the project.
