Vera,Zoning Director <br /> Date: September 9,2004 , <br /> Re: Waiver of Plat-Jade Beach North Condominium <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached Resolution approving the Waiver <br /> of Plat for Jade North Beach Condominium located at 17121 Collins Avenue. <br /> REASONS <br /> The applicant is seeking to combine 200 foot of frontage known as the Driftwood Motel property <br /> with the remaining 101 feet of frontage of the Dunes Hotel property for a total of 301 foot of <br /> frontage along Collins Avenue. Under certain platting requirements the City is still under Chapter 28 <br /> of the Code of Miami Dade. The requested waiver will not require any dedication of roads, <br /> highways,streets,alleys or easements. Any easements will be provided at site plan approval. <br />
