We have evaluated <br />your company's organization, management, work experience, work performance <br />and ad~quacy of equipment as directed by section 14-22.003, Florida <br />Administrative Code. Based on this evaluation, the Department is not able, <br />at this time, to prequalify your company for the work classes: Grading, <br />Draina e, Flexible Pavin Portland Cement Concrete Pavin , Fencin~ <br />Guardrail, Grassing, Seeding, SOdding, Landscaping and Pavement Markings. <br /> <br />You may apply, in writing, for a Revised Certificate of Qualification at any <br />time prior to the expiration date of this certificate according to Section <br />14-22.0041(3), Florida Administrative Code.
