<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br /> <br />Data and IPT Voice Solution <br /> <br />Appendix D - Basic Feature Set Outline <br /> <br />Basic Telephony Feature Set Specification <br /> <br />Cisco Cal/Manager IP Telephony Features <br /> <br />During the installation and integration of a Cisco Call Manager A WID telephony <br />system, it is assumed that a basic set of integration services must be performed to <br />insure a high performance system is implemented providing a comprehensive set of <br />functional features. Some of the major services and integrations provided for under <br />this Basic Feature Set specification are as follows: <br /> <br />· Call Manger Server implementation <br />o Primary Call Manager; Publisher functionality <br />o Secondary Call Manager; Subscriber functionality <br />o Fail over and tape back up testing <br />o Device database development (up to 200 devices) <br />o User database development (up to 200 users) <br />o DHCPITFTP services as required for voice implementations <br />· Gateway parameter setup and PSTN circuit activations for one primary <br />facility and three remote office facilities with separate/individual T1 s. <br />· IP Phone set up and testing <br />· Access Switch and VLAN integration with existing network structures <br />· Voice Mail System integration with Unity <br />· Web Attendant implementation for Receptionist <br />· End User Training <br />· Administrative Training <br /> <br />In addition to the above services, the primary Telephony feature set provided "fo-r with <br />this level of implementation is as follows: <br /> <br />Basic Phone Features <br />Station to station calling <br />Calling line identity <br />Calling party name <br />Call Park and pickup <br />Call transfer <br />Multi-party conferencing <br />Call forwarding (on net) <br />Call hold and retrieve <br />Multi-line appearance (up to two lines) <br /> <br />Page 18 <br /> <br />Use or disclosure of tlris information anJ data is subject to the restriL'tiollS founJ on the title page of this doeument. <br />
