tm

Cisco Conference Connection

Cisco Conference Connection is a meet-me audio-conference server that provides integrated operation with Cisco
CallManager. Cisco Conference Connection is enabled by Cisco AWID for superior ease of use in everyday
conferencing.

Cisco Conference Connection conferences are scheduled from an intuitive Web-based conference scheduler.
Conference participants call in to a central number, enter a meeting identificarion, and are then placed into the
conference. At the discretion of the conference organizer, conference participants using a Cisco IP Phone can join
meetings at the touch of a button, with no need to remember conference IDs. Audio quality is unusually clear,
retaining voice inflections and enabling productive communicarion.

Cisco IP Telephony solutions interoperate with IP networks and the public switched telephone network (PSTN), so
conference participants can join regardless of location.

Cisco Conference Connection is designed for medium and small enterprises as well as business units of larger
enterprises. Cisco Conference Connection allows relevant participation regardless of location, facilitates faster
decisions, and eliminates disruptions caused by requirements for physical conference room presence. The resulting
meeting effectiveness drives bottom-line business results. Typical applications include service calls, project
management, sales reviews, corporate announcements, and other business meerings.

Model and Capacity
The Cisco MCS 7825H-3000 model number MCS-7825H-3.0-IPCI is equipped with a single Pentium 4 3.06-GHz
processor, 1 GB of SDRAM, and one 40-GB ATA hard disk.

For more information about Cisco Conference Connection, visit:

h erp:! Enhancing the existing
E9-I-1 function of Cisco CallManager, the Cisco Emergency Responder real-time location-tracking database and
improved routing capabilities direct emergency calls to the appropriate public safety answering",poim (PSAP) based
on the caller's location.

When coupled with Cisco CallManager, Cisco Emergency Responder surpasses traditional private-branch-exchange
(PBX) capabilities by introducing zero-cost user or phone moves and changes and dynamic cracking of user and
phone locations for E9-I-1 safety and security purposes.

Model

The Cisco MCS 7825H-3000 model number MCS-7825H-3.0-IPCI is equipped with a single Pentium 4 3.06-GHz
processor, 1 GB of SDRAM, and one 40-GB ATA hard disk.

For more information about Cisco Emergency Responder, visit:

hetp:! /www.cisco.com/go/cer

Cisco Systems, Inc.
All contents are Copyright@ 1992-2003 Cisco Systems, Inc.
