Reed, Esq. <br /> <br />SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF LEASE <br /> <br />This is a Memorandum of Lease by and between CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, a Florida municipal <br />corporation, hereinafter called LANDLORD, and VANGUARD CAR RENTAL USA INC., a Delaware <br />corporation, hereinafter called TENANT, upon the following terms: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Date of Lease: <br /> <br />,2005. <br /> <br />2. Description of Leased Premises: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto. <br /> <br />3. Date of Commencement. The Term of this Lease shall begin on the date (the "Commencement <br />Date") the Landlord is awarded fee simple title to the Leased Premises in the case styled City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach v. 18100 Collins Avenue, Case No. 03-21419 CA 10. <br /> <br />4.
